Privacy policy
GFA Airsoft does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. This page explains the little data that is processed when you visit the site, and who processes it.
Who runs this website
www.gfairsoft.com is run by Nikola Atanasov (GFA Airsoft), Bulgaria. For any privacy question, email nikola@gfairsoft.com.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no localStorage or similar). There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind – which is why there is no cookie banner. The kit builder on the loadout pages keeps your selection only in the page address (#kit=…), not on your device.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like every web server, Vercel processes your IP address and basic request data (browser, time, page requested) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Third-party content
- YouTube videos. Video previews are served from this website, so YouTube is not contacted when a page opens. The video player loads only when you press play, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com); from then on Google receives your IP address and Google’s privacy policy applies.
- Maps. The map software (Leaflet) is served from this website; the map images (tiles) come from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when a map is shown. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
- Links to other websites. Links to shops (some of them affiliate links – see the affiliate disclosure), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and organisers’ websites take you to those sites, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. Nothing is shared with them before you click.
If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are not passed on to anyone.
Legal basis
Processing your IP address to deliver the website and the map tiles is based on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Playing a video – and with it the connection to YouTube – is your own choice.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing – write to nikola@gfairsoft.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local data protection authority.
